Rosé d'Equinoxe is made with grapes from various plots depending on the vintage conditions, including Cote 50 and the bottom of Le Grand Clos.
This rosé is a fabulous food wine, almost like a blanc de noir. The juice undergoes whole-cluster pressing and is then left to settle overnight before being transferred to 400L French oak barrels for both fermentation and aging.
This wine has a creamy mouth feel with hints of brioche. Its natural acidity, characteristic of Cabernet Franc, creates a delightful lingering taste. While it is lively and vibrant in its early stages, it can develop into a more delicate and refined wine with aging, developing a beautiful amber hue.
