Harrogate Tipple Gooseberry Gin (500ml)

A beautifully balanced gin from the Ripley Castle Estate, just outside of Harrogate, with sweet and floral notes. The gooseberries are handpicked from the gooseberry bushes on the estate. They’re distilled with delicate botanicals (including lavender) and finished with Harrogate Spring Water. Garden sorrel roots help infuse the gin with a unique green hue. Best served with a light or floral tonic.
