A classy wine from fruit sourced from four villages within Pouilly which, between them, offer the various key soil types essential for top notch Pouilly Fume. On the nose, intense aromas of passion fruit, peach and citrus. The palate is harmonious and predominantly displays floral notes with a mixture of light peach, fresh cut grass and citrus aromas, all wrapped in lovely minerality/gun smoke element on the finish.
