NV Sandeman Jerez, `Don` Fino

Sandeman was established in London in 1790 by George Sandeman, a young Scottish individual from Perth. They specialize in Porto and Jerez wines, and were the first to brand their name on a cask using a hot iron in 1805. Although they are primarily known for their Port, Sandeman has been fully dedicated to Sherry since George Sandeman established an office in Cádiz, Andalucia in 1809.

Aged for a minimum of five years under a biological layer of flor, Sandeman's 'Don' Fino offers a refreshingly dry and tangy taste on the palate.
