Valdespino, Premium Collection, Manzanilla `Deliciosa` Pago de Miraflores

Valdespino has a rich history in Jerez, spanning over six centuries of producing top-quality Sherry. Since its establishment in 1264, Alfonso Valdespino has been renowned for his role as one of the 24 knights who helped King Alfonso X conquer the city of Jerez. The bodega's foundation was built on the land they were granted as a reward. Today, Valdespino is under the ownership of the Estevez family, who took over in 1999.

The 'Deliciosa' Manzanilla, part of the Premium collection, is sourced from the 'Miraflores' vineyard in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. This dry yet refreshing wine has a crisp palate and a subtle salty finish, making it a true delight.
