Saurus, named after a dinosaur was unearthed during the construction of the winery is from the cool climate region of Patagonia. Ideal for making Pinot Noir it has aromas of red fruits with a touch of vanilla. The palate is medium bodied finely grained tannins and good ripe fruit.
