Rooster's Brewing Co. 'What's That in Litres?' Juicy Pale Ale

As part of their 30th anniversary celebrations Roosters have collaborated with the legendary Odell Brewing Co. in Colorado. The beer has been created using a high percentage of unmalted barley and wheat and Chinook, Cashmere, Simcoe and HBC 630 hops. The palate is slightly hazy, sweet and well rounded with flavours of citrus, stone fruit and berries.
