Champagne Bonnet Gilmert L’Extra Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut NV

Champagne Bonnet Gilmert, situated in Oger in the Cote des Blancs near Avize, is managed by Aude Vauban and Carla Bonnet, representing the fifth generation of the family. With seven hectares of entirely Chardonnay vines, each of their Grand Cru plots in Oger, Avize, and Mesnil sur Oger contribute to the blend of their cuvées.

This wine undergoes a minimum aging period of 4 years in their cellars and is crafted into an Extra Brut, containing less than 6g of residual sugar per litre. The minimal dosage ensures an ideal balance and exquisite freshness. These wines exhibit a firm, mineral character which really impresses.
