Billecart-Salmon Vintage Champagne 2009

This wine, with an extra brut dosage, is dominated by great Pinot Noir flavours which is tempered by the elegance of the Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and that signature touch of Pinot Meunier. Nine years of maturation in ancestral cellars.

Soft yellow in colour with golden undertones and with a fine dynamic effervescence. There is a delicious intensitity of citrus fruits and nutty notes followed by characteristic pastry scents. A delicate texture and delightfully tactile mouthfeel leads to a complex and crisp finish.
