Vite Colte are a membership of growers, producers in Piemonte who have committed to a shared concept of quality and sustainability.

Made from old Cortese vines planted on one of the hilltops that overlook the town of Gavi in Piemonte. Dry and crisp with lively aromas of ripe stone fruit and white flowers and a perfumed mineral character that adds complexity. `Ca da Bosio` undergoes extended lees contact which imparts a soft and silky lingering finish.

Would go well with grilled fresh water fish, risottos, chicken dishes and vegetable based dishes.
