2021 Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris Reserve Demi-Sec

Generations of the Cattin family have worked the estate since early 18th century. Today, it is run by Jacques senior and Jacques junior and at 50 hectares is one of the largest family-owned estates in Alsace

Cattin's Demi-Sec Pinot Gris is richly textured with aromas of pear, honey, and apricot. On the palate, it is smooth and fruity, with a slightly sweet finish. 

Enjoy it on its own chilled as an aperitif or with appetizers, seafood, or light desserts.
