From one of the leading producers in Pouilly Fuisse this comes from 3 plots around the village of Solutré-Pouilly. The vines are 75 to 80 years of age. The wine is aged in 1 year old wood so it adds a subtle edge of oak while still allowing the old vine Chardonnay character to shine.
