Great value red, something the Portuguese seem to be able to do with ease. This is from the Alentejo and you can feel the warmth and sun. the wine is made from a blend of local grape varieties as well as more international ones. So its made from Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Franca, Merlot, Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira/Tinta Amarela, Petit Verdot and is super velvety and smooth. Really is a cracker of a wine for the money.
