One of Frances most little known appellations Pacherenc diu Vic-Bihl overlaps with it's better known red wine cousin Madiran. Bouscasse's sweet Pacherencs can hold their own against many of the worlds top dessert wines. Vandemiaire uses Petit Manseng and Petit Courbu Vielles Vignes grapes from vines that are over 50 years old and are hand harvested in October when the grapes are partially dried on the vine and sugars are more concentrated giving a candied fruit flavour. Aromas of exotic fruit, mango and apricot. Natural acidity and freshness from Petit Manseng give balance to the wine.
