This is a classic rich minerally Pomerol made from a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. The grapes are picked by hand, sorted, destemmed and lightly crushed. The fermentation process occurs naturally in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless-steel tanks for a duration of 3-4 weeks. Afterwards, the wine is aged in Allier oak (50% new) and clay amphora. The wine is not filtered before bottling,
