 “Les Crayères” Millésime 2015 is made from 100% Pinot Noir from a single plot of one and a half hectares. This is the House’s first plot-based cuvée which magnifies the fruity Ambonny Pinot Noir which is aged and vinified in 205 litre Champagne oak barrels.
