Chateau de Sales has been in the same family for nearly 500 years so its safe to say they know a thing or two about making decent claret! This Merlot dominated Bordeaux is aged for 18 months in oak and the resulting wine has juicy notes of redcurrant and raspberry, silky tannins and a long finish. Good to pair with roast lamb.
