The 2021 vintage is made up 90% Chenin blanc and 10% Sémillon. The Chenin comes from old parcels in the Skurfberg, Perdeberg, Upper Blaauwklippen, False Bay and Tygerberg. The Sémillon comes from the famous old La Colline block in Franschhoek.
