This range of limited release wines is hand crafted by Miles. Each Chapter is unique and only 477 bottles of Chapter Three produced.
Pale straw colour. Subtle aromas of fresh white peach, lemon zest and perfumed orange blossom with a hint of fresh brioche and toasted almonds. The palate has the same flavours as the aromatics but leads to a surprisingly rich mid-palate and pithy texture towards the finish. The finish is vibrant, fresh and lingering.

'Throughout my journey through the Cape Winelands I seek out interesting parcels of vineyards which speak to unique sites with the potential to produce top quality wines. This is a range where I can express these sites and produce small batches of exceptional wines from exceptional vineyard sites. These are single parcels which are wine styles and varieties which I love to drink, lovingly handcrafted in my pursuit of outstanding South African wines.'
