2012 Bollinger La Grand Annee

Bollinger use the traditional craft method of vinification in small oak barrels which help to develop characteristic aromas of great refinement.  65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay from exclusively grand and premier crus.

Aromas of apricot, hazelnut and almond on the nose. On the palate there is exceptional structure and texture. Full bodied and fresh with a dense silky long finish.
