2019 Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon

Hope Family Wines source their grapes from over 50 family farmers in the Paso Robles region all of whom are dedicated to growing superior quality Cabernet Sauvignon. They believe that the diversity of microclimates throughout the various vineyards contribute to the excellent depth and complex flavours in the wine. 

With a beautiful deep ruby hue and brackish edge, aromas of fresh vanilla, cedar and black currants fill the glass. On the palate, a touch of wet leather, black pepper, savoury herbs, black cherry and sweet oak are framed by approachable silky tannins making this wine very food friendly.
